• If you’re limited to 100 by your card, cable, or Internet speed I’m not sure this is the best option for you. It will certainly enhance your Wi-Fi capability in larger homes. You will still need a router this is not a replacement to your router more of an extension to complete your wireless network. It does not have any baked in security like Mac filtering/VPN. Set up is a breeze and will certainly extend the Wi-Fi capability versus a standard or even more advanced Consumer grade router.

• You can purchase the single google wifi hub and try it out first. It worked really well for me and I have an older system in place.
