• I haven't taken it off to charge it yet, but when I charge my GoPro like normal, it charges both the regular battery and the bacpac

• yes, you can unplug it from the GoPro and charge it separate with the supplied charger.

• Yes, the GoPro - Battery BacPac can be charged with most standard USB chargers, the GoPro Auto or Wall Charger, or a computer using the included USB cable.

• Yes. You can either recharge them while they are attached to the camera or take them off and recharge with the mini USB cable that's included in the package.
