Can the display be used underwater while attached? null

No, it has open ports for connections and external mic so i wouldn't recommend using the mod under water.

No. The Display Mod and the Media Mod are not designed to go underwater, and when the GoPro camera is attached to the Media Mod and Display Mod, the camera is not waterproof either since those connections are not sealed watertight.
