Yes indeed, dual battery charger, 1 gopro 4 battery and a short mini USB cable.

Yes. You get the charger and one battery. Which was a surprise to me. I thought it was only the charger. A battery on its own costs $20, so this charger is a great deal. I work with 3 batteries now: the one that came with the GoPro, a separate one I purchased, and the one that came with the charger. I might add a 4th one eventually.
