“Does this make the gopro waterproof? Can I take images under water? OR is this just in case you drop it in the water?”

• The Floaty does not add any waterproofing to the cameras. It's designed to keep it afloat while in use around water in case you lose hold of it. However, all of the cameras that this Floaty can be used with are already waterproof on their own down to 33 feet, so you can take underwater photos or videos with them whether you also use the Floaty or not.

• The GoPro is waterproof out of the box, but it will sink if you drop it and don't have it tied to your wrist with a cord. This cover will make the camera float so you don't lose it, cord attached or not.
