Can this be used with either the head or chest mount ? null

When used with the Floaty, the GoPro can definitely connect to those mounts, but the range of movement may be limited some so you can't angle the camera exactly as you'd like. If that's the case, there are extension arms and quick-release mounts that raise the GoPro further off of the mount that should give you more room to make adjustments.

Yes The bottom mount is still available when the camera is in it.
