You can use the highest settings for the best quality. But the trade off is the camera easily overheats at those settings. When that happens you will be unable to record for a period of time until the camera reaches optimal temp to function. I would recommend 1080p @ 60fps. Any device can play this footage and it wont be too demanding on the system. If youre worried about stabilization, just make sure rock steady is turned on in your settings.
