• Yes, I have an android phone and have had poor luck downloading to the phone. I have had excellent luck with the computer.

• Yes. Once your content is uploaded to your cloud account, you can download it to your computer by logging into your account on the GoPro site by going into your Media Library. You'll have a download option for any photo or video in the library.
