Yes, the Auto Upload feature can be turned off from the Preferences menu on the HERO10 Black. And yes, the HERO10 Black can shoot videos, take photos, and shoot time lapses.

Yes cloud can be turned off. The hero 11 does still photos the best but not nearly as good as an iPhone would, the go pro excels in action video and being rugged to withstand a lot

Yes @ turn auto "off" (directly within camera = also inside app = inside account by deleting camera)
