Very easy to take still, camera has a lot of settings this is the best of all the go pros, Go pro 6 that is and I have owned quite a few, it all has voice controls. I don't know what you mean b operating system but I use this with my iMac, my I ad pro and IphoneX, I use lightroom mobile for post
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can easily CMD+Shift+4 on a quicktime window of your footage. But I use Adobe Premiere which has a screen grab export. Just remember that your quality will be lower than if you took it as a still in the GoPro, depending on your settings.
