- Answer If you're charging through a wall outlet (ex. by using a plug adapter like an iPhone charging block), it should take about two hours to fully charge a fully-drained battery.

QuestionI have a hero7 and only just got it. Linked to phone. Camera has frozen. Can I reboot.

- Answer You should be able to reset the HERO7 Silver by pressing and holding the Mode button on the side of the camera. After about 10 seconds, it should reset. Freezing is often linked to errors in the firmware on the camera or may be linked to the SD card being used in the camera. After restarting the camera, try doing a manual update on the camera's firmware. You'll find those instruction on the Updates page on the GoPro site. There is also a list of recommended SD cards on the GoPro site.

- Answer The GoPro App's range is between 35-50 feet depending on the wireless interference in your area. If you're using the Smart Remote, the range with that device is up to 600 feet. The app and the Smart Remote connect directly to the GoPro. No additional wifi is required for that connection. That way, you can use the app or the Smart Remote wherever you are.

- Answer It should be possible. You'd want to use the Media Mod, an HDMI-to-USB converter, and the corresponding cables. For the HDMI-to-USB converter, we recommend Magewell or Elgato Cam Link 4k because they enable streaming at 1080p 60fps and offer offers low-latency, meaning minimal delay in the live video that’s being transmitted. Note though that not all streaming platforms support 60fps, so you'll want to confirm that your platform can support that frame rate.

- Answer GoPro cameras do not have a night vision like you might see with infrared cameras, but depending on what you are shooting, there are several settings you can adjust to get great low light images and videos.

- Answer Nearly all of the mounts should work with the HERO8 Black since the mounting fingers are the same. If you have anything that encloses the GoPro (like a dive housing) those will not work with the HERO8 Black since the HERO8 and the HERO6 are slightly different sizes.
