Yes. I'm using it on my road bike and love the quality

Great of action shots, meaning when the camera is moving. If you are asking if it's good to keep in a static location, be sure you keep it cool. It will over heat especially in the sun. Another way to prevent over heating is lower the resolution, frame rate, and encoding.
