• There is no max or minimum recording time with the GoPro MAX. If you have a large enough SD card and enough power, you can record for hours if you'd like.

• I’ve only used my once to kayak a couple weekends back but had one video that was 7-8 minutes long without doing anything extra besides pushing record.
