Does it overheats like the rest of gopros? null

Yes, mine overheated in a well ventilated, AC controlled environment in a retail store after about 23 minutes of recording 360 footage.

So far I have not had any overheating issues.

I've used GoPro's since the Hero 2 came out, I've won two GoPro awards and have had my footage featured on local TV stations. Bad camera setup is the main cause of overheating, set your camera up properly for the type of filming you're doing and you won't have overheating issues.
