Are they fit with hero5 ? null

Unfortunately no, as I learned this the hard way. There will be more Hero5 accessories released as the days go by, too bad because this product was on sale when I purchased it for my Hero5 Black

it may not as the GoPro5 is a bit slimmer and compact compared to the GoPro4. You may need to check in-store if not then purchase specific accessories for GP5

No, the Hero 5 comes with its own built in lens cover as shown in the picture below. The hero 5 has its own Protective Lens Replacement part.
