I had the same issue at first the answer I got was it doesn't transfer RAW files and 4K video yet. If you shoot in JPEG or 1080p/2K then it will transfer. I returned mine because it is useless without that ability to transfer. GoPro wants you to use their cloud that's how they force you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It doesnt work for me too
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It works if you are a GoPro plus member but if not you have to download the footage to your phone
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't got mine to work. My phone recognizes the quik key but when I go to the capture app there is no media on the card apparently, but I know there is.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was in contact with GoPro Care team and they assured me it wasn't the quik key it was my iPhone 6s that was causing my issue. Basically in my situation I was trying to save 2.7k video to edit on my phone but the GoPro app would not let me. I bought the leef micro sd reader to prove to GoPro that it wasn't my phone that was causing the issue. The leef reader with their app on my phone worked fine. So GoPro has a software issue to fix. My last correspondence with GoPro one the matter was 16 December 2016. Still not resolved. I might return the quik since the leef is doing the job just fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope, doesn't work with my iPhone 6. Just got it in the mail today... junk.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use this new product from GoPro, if you don't have the GoPro Quick app it won't work! I'm using the latest version of iOS and I enjoy having card reader. This makes easier for me to download my video with out needing to have more battery power in my GoPro.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. It works on my iPhone 6 Plus however it should work with any Apple(iOS) smart phones, as long as these iOS smart phones have this APP called GoPro Capture. First open capture app then plug in Quik Key then pictures should automatically show on screen, if not then you'll need to touch/tab on "media". I've done it on my iPhone and iPad more than 6 times, no problems. If you are still struggling, stop by Best Buy and ask geek squad for advices. They'll be more than happy to help you by showing you "How-To". Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to download the necessary app's to get it to work. Good luck!
