Is it key operated? Does it fold and if so, can I get a picture of it hold?? null

Only the steering stem folds down & the seat is removable. But it's flat enough to bring onto a transit bus without the seat without the rear basket mounted and the steering stem folded down. Somewhat heavy at 43 pounds. I'm able to put it in my Kia Soul with the seat & rear basket still on and just the steering stem folded down

It does have a key that operates it. It does not fold up and if the key is on it will not charge. We learned that the hard way. If you have the key in the off position it will charge

Yes you need a key. The seat post folds down.

It shows in one of the pictures that it uses a key. And the only part that folds is the handlebar folds down.
