QuestionMy new Gotrax G4 worked for two weeks. Now it is not accelerating. We are very careful and only ride on dry flat pavement. There is no error code. How can I fix this? I need this scooter for the summer!

Also, Charge your product for the recommended charging time of 4-6 hours max. Do not charge overnight. (Like a cell phone, once charged, unplug). QuestionWhat is the maximum weight to use the scooter? Most are 220 but I'm wondering if it would be ok for a person in the 230lb range.

- Answer Hi JeremyB, Thank you for being so interested in our Gotrax products! The weight limit for the G4 Electric Scooter is 220lbs/100kg. We do not advise exceeding that weight limit. - Answer Yeah, it runs on (short) grass like on sport fields, But has standard tires. And motor not that powerful, tbh.
