How long does it take to recharge to full 12 miles? null

I feel like I got way more than 12 miles, I got 14 atleast. Also 7Hrs for a full charge.

Were can l return my Rival Scooter it was given to me my friend diedof car accident. I was told it works. It's full charged. No instructions .Who can I call / Problems Resolved. I need help ( Rembemberus of my best friend. Please Comment of phone number = address. UTube does nothing for this Issue. Thanks
