“I just bought this and I’m not sure how to use the crisper. The manual is very vague in this for new air fryer users. Does it go at the bottom of the pan? Which way is up? Am I to remove the rubber off each top of the crisper?”

The crisper goes into the bottom of the pan with the rubber tabs on. You always use it as it allows for maximum airflow around the food to achieve maximum crispiness. If you have further questions contact Gourmia directly at [email protected]
