• It is dishwasher safe and comes with a cook book. I works recommend hand washing because it will help the non stick last longer and it’s pretty easy to clean.

• It does come with a cookbook with about 35 recipes and the instruction manual has suggested cooking temperatures and times for common foods prepared in an air fryer.

• It comes with a small recipe book. All the parts should be washed by hand
