• Yes you can. I have 3 lights on one fan and can control all 3 simultaneously by grouping them.

• Yes, they can be connected as individual lights and then grouped together as the "ceiling fan lights" or what ever you would like to call them. you would ask Alexa to turn on/off (group name of your choosing) and all lights in that group will be follow your commands.
