• This device gets connected via cable to the audio jack of the receiving device. Only one Bluetooth transmitting devise (Phone) can play thought the Gracedigital at one time.

• No, that's the reverse of what this does. It allows 3 BlueTooth sources to play (one at a time) through it's one output. You could put a splitter on the output of this or any other BT receiver to do what you ask.
