- Answer I do not believe so. It is BT receiver. Can connect BT devices to a single audio out, like one common set of speakers. Like if you have a laptop, a phone, and a game console you want to share the same set of speakers.

- Answer This device gets connected via cable to the audio jack of the receiving device. Only one Bluetooth transmitting devise (Phone) can play thought the Gracedigital at one time. It comes with a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable. You need to buy an adapter cable for any other type of connection. Check - USB Audio Adapter with 3.5mm Aux Stereo.

- Answer 1) This would work, if the speakers are powered (IOW have an amp inside and can accept standard low-level audio signals) and the source can transmit BT (if not, BT transmitters are available). . 2) Yes, this is a BT receiver and can receive from the iPad and send it over AUX/RCA or optical/TOSLINK to your receiver.
