• This device gets connected via cable to the audio jack of the receiving device. Only one Bluetooth transmitting devise (Phone) can play thought the Gracedigital at one time. It comes with a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable. You need to buy an adapter cable for any other type of connection. Check - USB Audio Adapter with 3.5mm Aux Stereo.

• Not into the USB port, it's USB port is strictly for power. You COULD plug it into an RCA or optical/TOSLINK input on your receiver and pair with your iPhone and 2 other source devices.

• Not sure how you are looking to configure, but it may work, provided your AV receiver has a built in amp.
