“It says internet connectivity for most functionality, I have difficulty connecting my PS4 to the internet, is this game still worth buying if only using offline? Can you still save and advance cars and levels etc?”

This game is not worth purchasing without internet connectivity in my opinion.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The short answer is no. The save file for GT Sport is not on your PS4, but rather a cloud save. Therefore, you need to have an internet connection in order to pick up your save. There is plenty to do without needing PS+, but you will need an internet connection to do anything other than arcade driving or starting from fresh every time you load the game.

I haven't tried any games in the last couple years offline, but when I get the message that I've lost internet connection, I always sign right back in.
