A:Answer I know nothing about the return policy, but my 84 year old dad who always says he wants nothing to do with computers, uses it pretty well. My stubborn father lives by himself, has limited mobility in his hand/fingers (he only has one hand cuz the other got chopped off in a corn picker 50+ years ago), and he is hard of hearing so we worry about him all the time. I gave the Grandpad to him as a gift, I preloaded some pictures on it, had my siblings and his grandkids send him messages before he opened it so it was interactive and personalized. He saw the value of it right away. Also, its very easy to send him messages and pictures--you just text the Grandpad(cuz it has it's own phone number) and he receives them. He can reply by voice or text back (on the grandpad the messages are labeled "email", but they are just texts that we have sent him). Also, I let my dad keep his landline, otherwise it would of been too overwhelming to not have a "telephone", even though the Grandpad is a phone too.
