The Best Use by Date is a guideline for optimal freshness recommended by the roaster; it is not an expiration date. The pods are nitrogen-flushed and sealed for freshness and impermeable to oxygen, moisture and light. • I ordered mine December 2016 and the expiration date is November 2018. I've ordered other coffee from online and it was getting ready to expire, so it's a gamble but the good thing about ordering from Bestbuy is you can walk into the store and exchange it.
