Hi Rick. Thank you for your question. The main difference is the size and which model is more suitable for your unit and needs. The Universal 11" Rotating Surface Cleaner is compatible with most pressure washers up to 2000 PSI, while the Universal 12" Rotating Surface Cleaner is compatible with Greenworks Pressure Washers under 2300 PSI. Depending on the PSI of your Pressure Washer, as this would be a main deciding factor, either surface cleaner is perfect for residential needs!
