Helo - Each voltage line (24V, 40V, 60V, 80V, and 82V) has a set of tools that are only interchangeable within their own voltage platform. Only Greenworks batteries, chargers, and machines of the same voltage are compatible and interchangeable with one another. You would need a 2Ah ~ 40V battery for this 40V chainsaw.
