- Answer Hello there, Model 2415802AZ is listed as tool only which means it will not include a battery or a charger. Tool only models are ideal for our existing customers who already own a battery and charger in the GreenWorks G-24 24v line and are looking to expand their tool collection without the added cost of a battery or charger. If this is your first tool in the GreenWorks G-24 24v line you may want to consider the full version model 2415902AZ.

QuestionEvery-time motor speed slows to idle, it sounds like a loose marble is rolling around. Is this a normal operating sound or is something broken? It's a new machine and it happened the first time I used it.
