Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Pnutte - To open the USB port to charge, simply slide the cover back and hold it back while you plug in your power cord. Please note, users must press the battery capacity indicator to activate the USB function. Make sure the USB power port is clear of debris. The USB port will not work if the battery is used with the machine. Lastly, only use Greenworks approved charger plug if you charge the battery with both USB power ports connected.
