• A:Answer Hello Joe - You can only use 20V battery with your 20V charger. Greenworks 24V battery would not be compatible.

• A:Answer Hi KSOWalker. Thank you for your interest. Both batteries can be used in the 24V Trimmer. The Greenworks 24V 4AH USB Battery (BAG709 / 2949702) and the Greenworks 24V 2.0AH no USB Battery (LB24A020 / 2926202) will be compatible. You will get longer runtime from the 4.0Ah battery. We hope this helped!

• A:Answer The green works battery (when charged) works as a portable charging device for your iPhone or other portable devices that can be charged via USB!! I bought this battery thinking it could be charged when plugged into a USB cable then into an AC outlet. They did not word it very clearly in the description where I bought it from. All they had to say was the battery works as a portable charging device for Devices that charge via USB cable.

I just realized the green works battery will charge cell phones and other devices that can plug into it via USB! So glad I’m not the only one that thought this green works battery could be charged by a USB cable.
