• Hi DIYguy. Thank You for your question. Each voltage line (24V, 40V, 60V and 80V) has a set of tools that are only interchangeable within the same voltage platform. An 80V 2.0Ah battery will work in any 80V unit, it will not work in a 24V, 40V, or 60V unit. Only Greenworks batteries, chargers and machines of the same voltage are compatible and interchangeable with one another. We hope this helped!
