Yes as long as its 60v. But the 4ah and 5ah wont get you 20 miles like the 8ah does. Stick with same 60V. The AH is runtime you get. As you said 8ah = 20 miles. Then my guesstimate is that the 60V 4ah might get you 10 miles.
