Hello there, Please note you are asking this question on an 80v battery which is not compatible with our 40v line. However, yes you can use a larger amp hour (Ah) with your 40v unit. A model number would help us better advise or you can visit us directly and select shop by voltage then select the 40v line. We hope this information has helped.
