Q: QuestionLeaking water between handle attachment and nozzle rod
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer If your power washer is leaking water directly from the pump, and there is no noticeable damage (such as a crack) on the pump, it is likely that the internal seals are worn or broken. Please contact Greenworks directly for replacement parts at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).

Q: QuestionHow high does the spray go? Can it do a two story vinyl sided house?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Well I am going to answer one of things for the first time ever. The 1800 psi washer works very well. For a 2 story home like mine I have found an additional tool to make it safe and easy. I am remodeling my homes exterior and it was covered in mold and algae. The Surface Maxx Professional extension wand in conjunction with the 1800 psi pressure washer offered a lot more control than working with a higher rated psi washer. The end of the wand did not jerk back 4 feet when you hit the trigger. It offers far greater control with the 1800 psi washer. With the rotating tip that came with the washer I was able to remove all of this algae and black stains from mold. Then I used some mold killing primer and some Sherwin Williams Rain Refresh paint and man it looks great. Don't ever get on a ladder again with this combo. Highly recommend it. The stucco on my house is very thick and required a 3/4 inch nap roller cover and a lot of effort to paint. The pressure washer worked great on this. Vinyl is not going to be an issue unless it has turned brittle. It could break under the pressure of the stream. Good luck and stay off ladders if you can.

Q: QuestionHow do I get the soap dispenser to work..Mac
Asked by Mac.
- A:Answer Hi Mac, Thank you for your question! Soap can only be applied with the black soap nozzle, when required, simply switch it out for the appropriate nozzle that you require for rinsing. Allow a few seconds for the soap suds to clear from the line, and then you will have clean water. Always use a designated pressure washer soap and ensure that you have followed the dilution ratio as stated on the bottle. We hope this helps!

Q: QuestionDo you have 50ft pressure wash hoses the one that came is to short?
Asked by Rafa.
- A:Answer Hello Rafa - The pressure washer hose is 20 feet in total length. Unfortunaly, we do not make a 50' hose. We recommend a 50' hose that is either 1” (25 mm) or 5/8” (16 mm). However, please note that once the hose is connected to an outlet and a pressure washer it becomes a closed system. Once the hose is filled the length should have no bearing on internal pressure as long as the water coming from the spigot is of the correct PSI.

Q: QuestionMy greenworks 149.00 1800 psi has the dial knobs I the panel but they appear to have no purpose since not connected to anything. Are the just dummy Hobbs for no reason. Thanks
Asked by Greenwood.
- A:Answer I felt the same thing on initially looking at it but they are not knobs they are attachments for the tip you simply pull them off and replace the tip of the pressure washer to give you different ranges of water if you looked closely I believe it's a 12 degrees or something like that and 48 or 45 but that is a good question because I thought the same thing
