• Hello John - While the PSI is not physically adjustable, the nozzles create a variety of effects making it suitable for many purposes!

• You can't adjust pressure on washer but use of the different tips that come with the pressure washer are designed to be used for all types of applicy. From light cleaning to heavy duty cleaning.

• No I don't believe you can adjust the pressure but you could use a wider nozzle which should be less pressure.
