“Does this have a "plastic" over the screen? The cover we have for our IPAD has a hard, clear plastic cover over the screen. You can use the ipad thru the plastic, except for things like blood pressure. Used by child with autism, so all protection we can get will save us money in long run”

• Yes it does. I dropped the iPad and while it scratched the plastic, it did not crack the screen.
