A:AnswerYes it does have an opening in the back for the camera lens. The opening doesn't have a cover you can put over it when not using the camera however.

The one we purchased came with instructions and were back to back with the screen protector. it also came with a a little thin harder clear plastic piece to push out the bubbles. You could try Google to look up instructions or You-Tube for video instructions. Not sure about a wetting agent, I've never used or heard of a wetting agent to apply screen protector.
