Per the GeekSquad page, http://www.geeksquad.com/certifiedrefurbished, you get a 90 day warranty unless otherwise noted. There were no other documents in my packaging. Once the watch arrives, you can check eligibility for AppleCare at https://checkcoverage.apple.com. It will tell you when the Watch was first purchased, and if you're within 60 days of the ORIGINAL purchase date, you can buy AppleCare.
