I don't think so. You can subscribe to get cloud storage, but it's a requirement. However, I do not think you can "install" this on a Nest system. They work together but not in the same app.

Nest only allows Nest cameras to join their app. The GO 360 only works with their app. And they are different companies whose business models rely on service revenue for a portion for their business.
