• Everything was included. Power adapter, USB cable, wall/ceiling magnetic mount, and attaching hardware.

• Yes it does. I am having some problems with the camera. The support line does not answer. And a fellow from the geek squad named Zac was of no help all he kept telling me was that it was two days past the fifteen day return limit. My next purchase will be with Amazon. Sorry for the rant. I did finally get it to work with a gentleman that texted from Guardzilla. The camera works very well.
