“Is there a lag time between motion detection and camera activation?”

• There is a long lag between motion and camera activation. Have one outside my garage and my car got broke into. By the time it started recording the guy was walking off.

• Depends on how fast your wireless network at the moment, you activate. Mine is less than a second.

• there is a very short time delay. For instance, I check on my dog when I'm gone. I can see her bark and it's a moment delay to hear her bark. I've been in the room testing the camera and she moves and the camera shows her movement a second later. The camera is on all the time not activated by movement. hope this helps.
