How redeem the code null

It's redeemed in game via the Black Lion Trade Company screen there is blue text that you click to "redeem code". (Located under the the buy gems button in the top left of screen)

Go in-game, open gem store panel, click redeem code and enter it in the box!

You receive a email, don't use chrome for your browser, you will be stuck in a loop. Then after putting in the info on the email...a code pops. Copy and paste it in the Black Lion Trading Post in game.
