• If one is marked digital it means you get a digital, downloadable copy, not a physical copy.

• Yes, the digital version will be a download. You will receive a link and activation code to install. The other version is a physical disc you will insert into your computer's disc drive. The programs are the exact same - it's just a matter of preference in how you'd like to install.

• Yes, it is different. The digital one has no disc, although you can still download the digital with the regular one that has the disc.
