• It was the basic package. I did my state form by hand - easy because H&R did 95% of the calculations anyway.

• Wasn't a problem for me because there are no state income taxes in Florida. I believe you can get a version that includes state returns. Then you just download the software for your state and it automatically populates everything you entered on your Federal return.
