• You need to get launcher program from block which will include activation code. Also may NOT work correctly on Win7. Some retailers have direct down load or CD availble.

• Look under your Digital Download Library where you did the download from, the activation code is there

• I have to call everytime. Call 888 bestbuy and someone can give you code. Have order number ready.
