Hello, there is a $19.95 fee to e-file your state return.

The charge for South Carolina was $19.95. I didn't choose to e-file at first but changed my mind when I heard that the state was delaying payments for a while. I decided It was worth it to be at the head of the pack and went back and e-filed. Because I didn't file the federal and state at the same time I had to wait for the federal to be accepted first. This only took 2 days.
