No, the state e-file is NOT included at no charge. You must pay approx. $20.00 to e-file in almost every state except New York (if I am correct). For no charge H&R Block Deluxe + State will create a PDF of your state return then you submit your return the old fashioned way - via USPS. H&R Block's answers to this question rivals that of the best politicians.
